"I wanted to write a quick thank you for allowing me to be part of this exercise group. I never have
exercised like this before with weights. It is the first class that I have ever stuck with and having you
come to us in a group I believe this is the reason why. We also have a lot of fun while we workout.
We meet three times a week for one hour and concentrate on a specific muscle group each session.
I have been coming now for about three months and I have noticed that I have dropped a dress
size. My legs are stronger and I have strengthened my upper body more than I ever thought I
would. I have dropped about 10 pounds; I know that my goal was higher, but Steve does not
control what I eat. I need to do that. I would highly recommend Steve as a personal trainer and my
wish for you all is that you reach you personal exercise goals. With Steve there, it will be a lot
easier! Have fun exercising!"
